Use Spreadsheets to Improve Your Pickleball Game
Spreadsheets? Sounds exciting (said nobody ever).
But today we are going to show you how to use a spreadsheet (Excel for Windows or Numbers for Mac users) to evaluate and improve your pickleball game.
Check out our video below for the example.
So a spreadsheet won’t tell you how to correctly hit a shot. It won’t teach you how to evaluate and exploit your opponent’s weaknesses. And it won’t teach you perfect strategy. But what we find useful in this tool is that after evaluating a few games, you can start to see patterns in your play for better or worse. Perhaps you find that you hit too many backhand dunks in the net… now you know to go work on that shot. This is what using a spreadsheet along with video taping yourself can do: help identify your strengths and weaknesses.

Once you’ve identified what you want to work on, perhaps it’s time to jump into a camp or clinic. Check out our Events Page for upcoming pickleball lessons taught by teaching pros throughout the country.
